1.1. These terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of “DOUUOD” branded products (hereinafter “Products”) made through the e-commerce website www.douuodkids.com (hereinafter the “Site”) by users who qualify as “Consumers” within the meaning of Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The Site and the products offered for sale are owned by Blue Srl, with registered office in Milano Marittima (RA), Viale Corsica n. 23 – C.F./P. VAT 02133930392 – Ravenna Business Register no. 174661 (hereinafter “Seller”).
1.2. Each purchase is governed by the terms and conditions of sale in the version posted on the Site at the time the order is transmitted.
1.3. The Site is dedicated to retail sales and, as such, intended for the exclusive use of Consumers. Those who do not fall into this category are urged not to place orders. Otherwise:
The right of withdrawal (Art. 10) will not apply,
Product warranty will not be recognized (Art. 8),
other protections reserved for Consumers will not apply,
the contract will be governed by Italian law, excluding the 1980 Vienna Convention.
1.4. The Consumer declares that he/she is at least 18 years old and has the capacity to act.
1.5. Any costs of connecting to the Site are the sole responsibility of the Consumer.
2.1. The Products are sold with the features described on the Site and according to these conditions.
2.2. The Seller may change the terms of sale at any time, effective upon publication on the Site.
2.3. Prices and availability may change without notice. The Consumer is required to check them before ordering.
2.4. Purchasing is limited to the geographic areas indicated on the Site. Any updates will be posted on the Site.
3.1. The presentation of Products on the Site does not constitute an offer to the public, but merely an invitation to purchase.
3.2. The Consumer’s order represents a contractual proposal to be accepted in full.
3.3. Acceptance is by confirmation e-mail with order summary and link to terms of sale.
3.4. The contract is finalized upon receipt of the order confirmation from the Seller.
3.5. The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are Italian and English.
4.1. Products are purchased by adding to cart and subsequent wizard (registration/login/personal data).
4.2. The Consumer will view an order summary before final confirmation.
4.3. Payment is required in advance, via PayPal.
Article 5 – Delivery
5.1. Approximate times: Italy 3-6 working days, Europe 5-8, Extra EU 7-11 days from order confirmation.
5.2. Maximum 30 days for delivery. In case of unavailability, the Seller will notify the refund.
5.3. Delivery is made by express courier. The Consumer is required to check the goods and report defects according to Art. 8. In case of damaged packaging, it is recommended to reject or accept “with reservation”.
6.1. Prices include VAT and standard packaging, but not shipping costs.
6.2. The Consumer agrees to pay the total price stated in the order confirmation.
6.3. For non-EU deliveries, the price is exclusive of duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the Consumer.
6.4. Any additional local charges or taxes are the responsibility of the Consumer.
6.5. Failure to be aware of these costs does not entitle the contract to termination.
7.1. Payment is in advance via PayPal.
7.2. The Seller may add other payment methods by posting them on the Site.
7.3. The receipt will be sent by e-mail (in Italy) or attached in hard copy (other countries).
8.1. The Products are guaranteed for 2 years against conformity defects, unless misused or improperly washed.
8.2. Defects must be reported within 8 days of discovery by e-mail to [email protected] with documentation (e.g., photos).
8.3. The Seller will evaluate the request and, if authorized, the products must be returned within 30 days with a copy of the authorization to the following address:

8.4. In the event of a refund, this will be made by the same means of payment or by bank transfer (the Customer must provide the IBAN).
9.1. Directive 85/374/EEC and the Consumer Code apply. The Seller, as a distributor, indicates the name of the manufacturer for possible liability.
10.1. The Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after delivery without penalty.
10.2. To exercise the right, send communication via e-mail to [email protected] or registered mail with return receipt to:

10.3. After the request, the Customer will receive instructions by e-mail. Products must be returned within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal.
10.4. The Customer must return the products at his/her own expense and without undue delay. The deadline is met if the shipment takes place within 14 days. Products must be sent to the same address as above.
10.5. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of products or proof of shipment. The same method of payment will be used unless otherwise agreed.
10.6. The Consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from use not necessary to verify the characteristics. Products must be returned:
unworn, unwashed, unaltered,
With intact soles (for footwear),
complete with tags, intact seals, accessories, original packaging.
Non-conforming returns may be refused and returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
⚠️ Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product.
11.1. Trademarks, names, text, images, and content on the Site are the exclusive property of Blue Srl.
11.2. Any reproduction, even partial, without written permission is prohibited.
12.1. Personal data are collected to execute the order, in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.
12.2. The Consumer guarantees the accuracy of the data provided.
13.1. The Seller takes security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute protection from unauthorized access.
14.1. These conditions are governed by Italian law. The Consumer Code and D.Lgs. 70/2003.
14.2. For any dispute, the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer shall have jurisdiction.
