Returns and Shipping

Return of articles

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of order delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were originally shipped:

• unworn,
• unwashed,
• Not altered in any way.

The soles of the shoes should be in the same condition as they were sent, without any signs of wear.

All items must be returned complete with:

• original tags,
• Any accessories (e.g. dustbags, garment covers, etc.),

authenticity label and security seal, which must not be cut or broken.

Returns that are damaged or do not meet the required conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at his or her expense.

⚠️ Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is an integral part of the product.

Return procedure

Contact our customer service department at [email protected], specifying your order number and the items you wish to return.
Our team will provide you with detailed instructions for completing your return.

You must complete the procedure within 14 days of receiving the products.
Products must be delivered to the courier within 14 days of receiving the products.

douuodkids.com reserves the right to inspect the returned merchandise and, if it does not meet the above criteria, may refuse the return and send the merchandise back to the customer at his or her expense.

Change
Direct changes (e.g., size change or product change) cannot be made at this time.
To make a change, you must:

• Return the item following the procedure described above;
• Place a new separate order for the desired item.

Defective Goods
Goods are considered defective:

• Received already damaged,
• Having conformity defects within the warranty period.
• In case of defective goods, please contact our customer service department at [email protected].

douuodkids.com reserves the right to refuse returns for unauthorized defective merchandise.
If the return is approved, the price of the item and the shipping costs incurred in the purchase will be refunded.

Refund
If a refund is requested, douuodkids.com agrees to make it within 15 business days from the date of acceptance of the return.

Reimbursement:

• will be done with the same payment method used for the purchase;
• Will be made on the same currency and account;
• Will only cover the price of returned items;
• will not include shipping costs and any customs duties, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

The time it takes to see the credit may vary depending on the banking circuit or payment method.

Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to revoke the order for any reason, in accordance with Legislative Decree. 206/2005 – Consumer Code.

This right can be exercised only by consumers, that is, individuals who purchase goods for non-professional, entrepreneurial or commercial purposes.

Shipping

Shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your shipping information:

• city,
• ZIP CODE,
• country of destination.

Free shipping
In Italy, shipping is free for orders of €200 or more.

For all other countries, shipping is free for orders of €250 or more.

The amount of the charges will be shown before the order is confirmed.
For orders below the indicated thresholds, the shipping cost will be calculated according to the destination and visible in the shopping cart summary.
